Upon the village, our guide will take you to Inle Heritage foundation and vocational center, the leading training school in the region which established in 2013 to help the local community learn about agricultural conservation and sustainability. The center is where you will spend your time to take your amazing cooking class in Inle Lake. Also, runs as apart of the social funding model so what you pay here will help the region. Meet and greet the chef and listen to him to know about the menu and the seasonal ingredients which will be used to cook the dish.

After that, you will have a chance to try your hands on harvesting the vegetable on an organic garden to cook for lunch. With each ingredient you grab, the chef will provide you with interesting knowledge about it for you to better understand the local vegetables.
When all the ingredients are ready, learn step-by-step of the cooking process to make the Intha dish, the essence of the Shan cuisine. Once the cooking is done, enjoy your special lunch at a leisure pace.
