Tour Itinerary

Mingalaba! Welcome to Myanmar – the land of Golden Temples!
This early morning board a flight to Bagan and ready to take a temple tour with your local tour guide. Upon Bagan, head straight to the Nyaung U market to witness the daily life of the local people and see how lively is it.

Nyaung-U-Market

Next, move toward the northwest to reach the Shwezigon Pagoda– one of the most significant heritage sites in the country dating back to a thousand year ago. Then, head to the Khay Min Ga Temple to marvel at the fabulous mĩ of natural beauty and historical man-made. From here, head to Ananda Temple to witness one of the four masterpieces of the Mon architecture in Bagan.
Make your way to the local lacquerware workshop after a cozy lunch at a local restaurant. Here you can learn about how to make beautiful lacquerware and expect the artisan for a unique souvenir. Before getting the most highlight of this afternoon, gaze out at the Dhammayan Gyi Temple, Htilominlo Temple or Sulamuni Temple. Perhaps the most expected moment today is climbing up to the top of Shwesandaw Pagoda to wait for the majestic sunset.
Later, return to the hotel for overnight.

Shwezigon-Pagoda

The morning of day 2 starts your journey with a drive to the Mount Popa – an extinct volcanic toward the southeast of Bagan. The temple on the top of the mountain perched on 1518 meters high from the sea level will give you an impressive view of the surrounding area. It is believed that those people who climb 777 steps to reach the mountain would be blessed for good health. Additionally, you will see many pretty monkeys along the route. Take your time to marvel at the magnificent panoramic view from the mountain. In the afternoon return to Bagan and transfer to the airport for a flight to your departure. Trip ends. We hope to have a chance to travel with you in the next time.
